Center for Markets Education & Training Welcome to CMET - Center for Markets Education & Training. These Terms & Conditions govern your enrollment, access, and participation in all CMET educational programs, mentorships, workshops, online sessions, and related services.

1. Educational Purpose

CMET is an educational institution focused on financial market education, trading psychology, risk management, technical analysis, and practical market training. All information, training sessions, charts, market analysis, strategies, and educational materials provided by CMET are strictly for educational purposes only and should not be interpreted as financial or investment advice. CMET does not guarantee profits, income, account growth, or trading success.

2. Eligibility

By enrolling in any CMET program, you confirm that:

  • You are legally eligible to participate in financial market education.
  • All information provided during registration is accurate.
  • You understand the risks associated with trading and investing.

3. Course Fees & Payment Policy

All fees paid to CMET, including registration fees, admission charges, tuition fees, workshops, mentorships, and promotional packages are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances. No refund or adjustment shall be granted for:

  • Personal reasons
  • Failure to attend sessions
  • Schedule conflicts
  • Trading losses
  • Dissatisfaction after enrollment
  • Removal due to policy violations

Once payment is submitted, the student fully accepts the CMET Non-Refundable Fee Policy.

4. Market Risk Disclaimer

Trading and investing in financial markets involve substantial risk and may result in financial loss. By joining CMET, you acknowledge that:

  • Past performance does not guarantee future results.
  • Markets are volatile and unpredictable.
  • You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
  • CMET and its trainers shall not be liable for financial losses or damages.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All CMET educational materials, including PDFs, videos, notes, EBP concepts, branding assets, and website content remain the exclusive intellectual property of CMET. Unauthorized copying, recording, reproduction, resale, redistribution, or sharing is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Student Conduct & Community Standards

Students are expected to maintain professional behavior within all CMET platforms including Zoom sessions, WhatsApp groups, Telegram channels, and Google Classroom. CMET reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any student involved in misconduct, abuse, harassment, spamming, or reputational harm without refund.

7. Attendance & Access Responsibility

Students are responsible for maintaining internet access, compatible devices, attending sessions on time, and managing their own learning schedule. CMET shall not be responsible for missed sessions due to technical or personal issues.

8. Course Modifications

CMET reserves the right to modify course structures, schedules, pricing, trainers, or policies whenever necessary without prior notice.

9. Certification Policy

Certificates, where applicable, may be issued based on attendance, participation, performance, and course completion standards determined by CMET.

10. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall CMET, its founders, trainers, affiliates, or representatives be liable for trading losses, financial damages, emotional distress, or technical failures related to participation in financial markets.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By making payment, registering, or participating in any CMET program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all CMET Terms & Conditions and policies.
